European session is quite today, USDCHF traders await the Switzerland June producer and import prices due at 6:30GMT while at 8:00GMT we have the SNB total sight deposits w.e. 12 July.

In U.S. the NY Fed Empire State Manufacturing Index will be released at 12:30GMT, with analysts forecast at 7.2 while the previous reading was at -8.6. The earnings season starts today with Citigroup Inc. to attract stock traders focus. The FOMC Member Williams will deliver a speech at 12:50GMT.

Earlier today the China Industrial Production (year over year) came in at 6.3% above forecasts of 5.2% in June. The China Gross Domestic Product (year over year) matched expectations of 6.2% for 2Q 2019. China Gross Domestic Product (quarter over quarter) came in at 1.6%, better than forecasts of 1.5% in 2Q.
