Traders today await the Non-Farm Payrolls, but before that during the European session we have the Germany May factory orders data due at 6:00GMT, the France May trade balance data will be released at 6:45GMT while from Switzerland we expect the June foreign currency reserves at 7:00GMT. Pound traders await the June Halifax house prices data at 7:30GMT.
In the American calendar the US non-farm payrolls data, will be released at 12:30GMT, with analysts’ consensus forecasting for 140,000 jobs in June, having added 75,000 jobs in May.
The average hourly earnings are forecasted to rise 3.2% year-on-year in June, following a 3.1% increase in May.
In Japan earlier today the Foreign Reserves rose from previous $1308B to $1322.3B in June. Τηε Overall Household Spending, year over year, came in at 4% beating forecasts of 1.6% in May. The Japan Leading Economic Index came in at 95.2 below expectations of 95.7 for May.
