The ECB Executive Board Member Coeure will deliver a speech at 7:00GMT. The UK Parliament restart its operations today after the UK Supreme Court found the UK PM Johnson guilty of suspending the Parliament unlawfully.
In the American forex calendar, the New Home sale figures will be released at 14:00
In the central bank calendar we have speeches by FOMC Member Evans at 12:00GMT, while Fed Governor Brainard and FOMC Member George will speak at 14:00GMT.
Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ), left its Official Cash Rate unchanged at 1.00% as markets expected.
The Japan BoJ Core CPI for Augustcame in at 0.4% y/y below expectations of 0.6%.
Asian indices are trading lower today, Nikkei is 0.40% lower at 22,006, the Hang Seng gives up 1.22% at 25,960. EURUSD trades 0.17% lower at 1.1001; the USDJPY is 0.26% higher at 107.32 while the AUDUSD is 0.29% lower at 0.6781.
The central bank of China set the Yuan rate (USDCNY) at 7.0724 versus yesterday fix at 7.0729.
