Investors will focus today on BOE rate meeting due at 12:00GMT, as they turn cautious after the expected meeting between U.S. President and Chinese President to sign the phase one trade deal could be delayed until December as negotiations continue over the terms.

European traders await the German Industrial production at 7:00GMT. The Swiss Foreign Currency reserves will be released at 8:00GMT. German Construction PMI will be out at 8:30GMT.

In the American calendar, Initial Jobless Claims and Continuing Jobless Claims will be released at 13:30GMT.

Oil traders will closely watch the EIA Natural Gas Storage Change due at 15:30GMT.

In our central bank calendar, Bank of England Interest rate statement will be out at 12:00GMT followed by BoE Governor Carney press conference at 12:30.

The FOMC Member Kaplan will deliver a speech at 18:05.

Australia Trade Balance came in at 7180M beating forecasts of 5000M in September.

Asian equity indices are trading higher today; Nikkei is 0.11% higher at 23.330 while the Hang Seng trading 0.32% lower at 27,599. EURUSD trades 0.03% lower at 1.1062; the USDJPY is 0.22% lower at 108.73 while the AUDUSD is 0.17% lower at 0.6872.

The central bank of China set the Yuan rate (USDCNY) at 7.0008 versus yesterday settlement at 7.0080.
