Forex Focus in EU PPI’s and ECB Minutes
EURUSD traders will watch today the PMI’s from European countries; here is the calendar:
France August flash manufacturing, services, composite PMI at 7:15GMT
Germany August flash manufacturing, services, composite PMI at 7:30GMT
Eurozone August flash manufacturing, services, composite PMI at 8:00GMT
The UK August CBI retailing reported sales will be released at 10:00GMT
At 11:30GMT the ECB releases account of its July monetary policy meeting
In US the Initial Jobless Claims will be released at 12:30GMT, the CB Leading Economic Index m/m is due at 12:00GMT.
Investors watch the developments on China – US trade war, Brexit news, Italian politics and speeches in Jackson Hole later this week.
EURUSD is trading 0.06% lower at 1.1076, the USDJPY is 0.26% lower at 106.32 while the AUDUSD is 0.21% lower at 0.6766.
