FOMC July Meeting Minutes on Focus Today

In a light European forex calendar today EURGBP traders await the UK July public sector debt data due at 8:30GMT.

In US forex calendar the Existing Home Sales will be released at 14:00. The FOMC July meeting’s minutes will be released at 18:00 GMT. Canadian inflation figures will be released at 12:30GMT.

Oil traders will focus on EIA Crude Oil Stocks Change is due at 12:30GMT.

The central bank of China set the Yuan rate (USDCNY) at 7.0433 versus yesterday fix at 7.0454.

Investors closely watch the developments on US – China trade war, Brexit news, Italian politics and speeches in Jackson Hole later this week.

EURUSD is trading 0.06% higher at 1.1083, the USDJPY is 0.04% lower at 106.55 while the AUDUSD is 0.34% higher at 0.6787.
