Backed’s tokenized RWAs – bTokens – represent ownership of financial products on-chain which are 1:1 backed by the underlying asset. This means someone holding a bToken has the primary claim to the value of the underlying asset. Backed’s products are issued in compliance with EU prospectus regulation, providing additional transparency to investors.
Some of the products being listed include tokenized Coinbase stock (bCOIN), SP500 ETF (bCSPX), and various corporate and government bond ETFs. This diversification allows investors to build well-rounded portfolios with exposure to alternative asset classes.
