    Summary:
  • BitPay is partnering with Brave to expand the payment use cases for Brave Wllet users, supporting both online and offline payments

Cryptocurrency payments services provider, BitPay, has integrated Brave Wallet into the BitPay Protocol, enabling users of the Brave privacy browser to make fast, secure, and accurate cryptocurrency payments directly from their crypto wallets. Brave Wallet users can now use their cryptocurrency at the hundreds of online stores that accept BitPay. When it comes to the quality of crypto payments, BitPay Protocol is at the forefront, allowing for more secure and precise blockchain transactions both in-store and online.

The integration is a game changer

Payment precision is critical as the cryptocurrency market develops and draws in a growing number of users. The BitPay Protocol prevents transaction efficiency bottlenecks such as duplicate spending, late payments, overpayments, and late confirmations of payments.

BitPay’s vision as an industry leader in blockchain payment processing is to revolutionise the ways in which individuals and businesses manage their financial transactions and assets. Its products and services for businesses facilitate crypto payments across international borders, eliminate chargebacks due to fraud, and lower the cost of payment processing. Investors have shown confidence in the company’s business model, contributing over $70 million in capital to date. The company currently operates in North America, Europe, and South America.

With this new addition, users of the Brave Wallet will be able to spend their cryptocurrency on a wider variety of goods and services than ever before. The wallet’s users can do more than only make cryptocurrency payments; they can also buy, receive, and send cryptocurrency assets of various chains. They can also interact with Web3 DApps, import non-custodial wallets, and view real-time cryptocurrency pricing.

As an integral part of the Brave web browser, Brave Wallet is accessible from any computer or mobile device. Users can also earn some income if they choose to allow adverts in exchange for the Basic Attention Token (BAT), a digital currency that functions similarly to a frequent flyer point system. Earlier this year, BitPay announced a partnership with another payment giant, MoonPay, which expanded its ecosystem significantly.
